This brief article will explain the esoteric significance of the number 33, and then show the 10 tarot cards that portray the number 33 in some way.

Number 33 represents the highest level or degree of spiritual awareness, enlightenment, connecting to the ‘at oneness’ with God. And feeling as though you’re at one and connected with everything — with your higher self, with nature, with the collective unconscious.

There are 10 Sefirot & 22 Paths on the Kabbalah Tree of Life, totaling 32 Paths of Wisdom. And then add the 11th, hidden sefirah called Da’at, and you get a total of 33.
